We all employ various coping mechanisms to sidestep situations and emotions that are too painful to confront directly.
However, when these coping mechanisms become counterproductive, impeding our ability to flourish, we may find ourselves grappling with feelings of depression, anxiety, or stuck in a cycle of challenging emotions that we don't know how to navigate.
You’ll learn how to connect with your body and practice deep awareness of what strategies you are currently using to manage difficult experiences.
You can also tap into the innate wisdom your body already has about where your pain comes from and meet the young parts of yourself which need love and care.
As a result, you can start to form a more harmonious relationship with all the different parts of you, rather than being in conflict all the time.

THE PROCESS
First, we’ll schedule a phone call to assess if we are a good fit to work together.
If we move forward, we'll schedule an individual session. There is no time limit on how long we work together; we’ll continue until you feel you are ready to stop.
